Refund & Returns Policy

1. Applicability

This policy applies to services provided by Go Travel, including but not limited to: air ticket booking, visa processing, immigration consultancy, and related document support.

2. General Refund Principles

  • All services are subject to supplier-specific terms and conditions. Aircraft carriers, visa authorities, and other travel-related providers may impose non-refundable deposits, cancellation fees, or restrictions on amendments.
  • Go Travel acts as an agent and processes bookings on your behalf; we cannot offer refunds beyond what is provided by the service providers.

3. Air Ticketing

  • Airfares are subject to airline fare rules. Full refunds, partial refunds, or no refunds may apply depending on the fare class, ticket type, and airline policy.
  • Changes or cancellations initiated by customers may incur charges or penalties that vary by airline.
  • If airlines cancel services or change schedules, refunds are handled by the airline directly.

4. Visa & Immigration Services

  • Visa application fees charged by embassies or immigration offices are non-refundable, regardless of outcome.
  • Refunds for service fees (e.g. form preparation, consultation) are provided at Go Travel’s discretion and only if services have not commenced. Once processing has begun, fees become non-refundable.

5. Service Cancellations & Refunds

Scenario Policy
Supplier cancellation of service Refunds are issued subject to supplier’s refund policy.
Customer-initiated cancellation Any refunds follow supplier’s cancellation terms; Go Travel charges may still apply.
Service not used or partially used No refunds issued unless specified by the supplier.

6. No-Show or Unused Services

  • Refunds will not be issued for services not used, such as no-show flights or unused visa applications, unless the supplier explicitly allows it.

7. Processing Refunds

  • Refunds are processed as per the supplier’s timelines—Go Travel does not guarantee expedited returns.
  • Any service or administrative fees charged by Go Travel are non-refundable once the service has commenced.

8. Required Actions for Refund Requests

To request a refund, customers must:

  1. Contact Go Travel via email or phone, referencing the booking number and clearly stating the reason for the request.
  2. Acknowledge that refund eligibility depends solely on supplier policies.
  3. Attach supporting documents if applicable (e.g., airline notification, visa rejection letter).
  4. Await confirmation and next steps from our support team.

9. Travel Insurance Recommendation

We strongly advise purchasing travel insurance that includes trip cancellation and interruption coverage—as often, supplier-based refunds may be limited or delayed.

10. Limitation of Liability

Go Travel is not liable for financial losses, penalties, or damages due to cancellations, delays, or disputes if these arise from actions or policies of airlines, immigration authorities, or other providers.

11. Policy Updates

We may adjust our refund policy at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this page, and continued use of services signifies acceptance of the new terms.
