Malaysia Visa Requirements for Bangladeshi Citizens

- Valid Bangladeshi passport (at least 6 months validity)
- Two Recent passport-size photo ( (white background, photo size 35 mm x 45 mm, matt paper) .
- Completed visa application form
- Confirmed air ticket
- Hotel booking OR invitation letter
- Bank statement (last 3–6 months) — showing financial solvency (minimum BDT 60,000+) ( BDT 160,000 for Family applications)
- National ID card copy
- No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the employer.
Tourist Visa:
- Hotel reservation
- Day-by-day itinerary
- Personal bank statement
Family Visit Visa:
- Invitation letter from relative in Malaysia
- Copy of inviter’s Malaysian ID/passport
- Proof of relationship (birth certificate, etc.)
Malaysia Student Visa (Student Pass) Requirements
- Offer letter from a recognized Malaysian institution.
- Apply for Visa Approval Letter (VAL) via EMGS (school usually assists).
- Documents:
Valid passport (≥18 months)
Academic certificates & transcripts
Passport-size photos
Medical check-up report
Proof of funds (bank statement/sponsorship)
English proficiency proof (IELTS/TOEFL)
- Get Single Entry Visa (SEV) after VAL.
- Arrive in Malaysia → Student Pass endorsement on passport.
- Valid for 1 year; renewable.
Malaysia Medical Visa
(For medical treatment — not study)
- Appointment letter from Malaysian hospital/medical centre.
- Valid passport (≥6 months).
- Completed visa application form.
- Passport photos.
- Proof of funds for treatment & stay.
- Medical records from home country.
- Return/onward ticket .
