Required Documents (Tourist Visa):
- Valid Passport (at least 6 months)

- Two recent photographs taken within the last 3 months (white background, photo size 35 mm x 45 mm, matt paper).
- Bank Statement (6 months)
- Solvency Certificate from your bank
- Return Air Ticket
- Hotel Booking / Accommodation Proof
- Cover Letter with travel plan, NID Copy
Required Documents for Business Owners
- A passport with a validity of at least seven (7) months, along with any previous passport (if available).
- Two recent color photographs (taken within the past 3 months) on a white background, size 35 mm x 45 mm, printed on matte paper.
- Bank account statements from the last six months, accompanied by a bank solvency certificate.
- A photocopy of the current, publicly notarized trade license translated into English.
- Memorandum of Association for limited liability companies.
- A blank sheet of the company’s official letterhead
Thailand Medical Visa (Non-Immigrant “O” or MT)
- Purpose: For seeking medical treatment in Thailand, including surgeries, cancer therapy, fertility, cosmetic, dental, etc.
- Validity: Typically up to 90 days, extendable; some nationals may qualify for 1-year medical visas with entry every 90 days
- Documents:
Passport (valid ≥6 months)
Completed application form
Recent passport photo
Hospital appointment or treatment invitation from a Thai medical facility
Bank statement demonstrating sufficient funds (~THB 800,000)
Health insurance (min. coverage ~THB 3 million)
Confirmed return flight and accommodation (hotel or hospital stay)
Additional Notes: Some embassies require a local doctor’s referral letter; visa extensions and re-entries follow Immigration Bureau procedures
Thailand Student Visa (Non-Immigrant “ED”)
Purpose: Enroll in academic programs in Thailand, attending at least three courses (~15 hours/week)
Duration & Extensions: Typically issued for a 90-day single or multiple entry, renewable every 90 days.
Key Documents:
Passport (valid ≥6 months, with ≥2 blank pages)
Completed visa application form
Letter of Admission from the Thai institution
Institution’s registration proof and (for private schools) Ministry of Education approval (if required)
Passport-size photo (4 cm × 6 cm, white background)
Financial proof: ≥THB 20,000 (individual) or THB 40,000 (family)
Police clearance certificate (if studying for ≥1 year)
